"God damn it!" You snapped as Hercules dabbed a cotton ball doused in rubbing alcohol against a wound on your cheek. "I will not take this entering in my territory lightly!"

Greece sat there and listen as you ranted on about how you 'will not be defeated' by the 'enemy,' or rather, a stray cat who was getting too close to Hercules. You ended up in a scrap with him but got various scratches that Hercules wanted disinfected.

"Next time he tries to get in the house, I promise there will be trouble brewing! Trouble!" His hand rested on your head, his finger scratching behind your ear to calm you down. "Hercules, stop it..."

"You're such a good kitty..." He murmured, leaning his body against you. "You have to be my favorite out of all of them..." His weight knocked you over, his arms wrapped around you and his head in the crook of your neck. "Don't be so jealous..."

"He was coming onto you..." You hissed under your breath. "I think that's really weird..."

Hercules stood up, helping you into his arms. "Stop worrying so much...let me finish up cleaning the rest of those cuts and then we can lay down for a nap. Would that make you feel better...?"

Without waiting, he laid you down on the couch and left for a brief moment, bringing back a warm cup of milk. Then, he sat you up gently so that you could drink it while he finished cleaning off the rest of your wounds.

Silently, you sipped the warm milk and felt yourself get drowsy. He looked up at you and smiled a little, seeing you beginning to nod off. He patched up your cheek and took the glass out of your hand, allowing you to lay down.

He laid down beside you, brushing your hair and listening as you purred in delight. Your tail gently swayed as you tried to get yourself comfortable beside Hercules.

"How about you just rest your head..." He said silently, his hands going down to your sides and gently caressing your arm. "Another cat isn't going to take your place, okay...?"

"Better not..." You murmured, your tail twitching slightly in agitation. "You're my Greek..."

He chuckled and kissed your forehead. Then your cheeks. Then your lips. Only for a few seconds. But those few seconds made your heart skyrocket past anything you cold even imagine.

His head rested near your chest and his eyes shut quickly. "Hercules, are you honestly saying that you wouldn't be upset if anyone tried to take me from you? Or claim me?"
