What was this game to you? You know, other than countless hours being wasted . Other than that, there really is no significant reason to be attached to the game.

  Minecraft.

You didn't have a significant hold on the game, your friends pretty much just made you play it at one point. Although you particularly liked using a bow and arrow on enemies. Made you feel safer with Creepers and Endermen running around.

But you rarely thought about what it was truly like inside the game though, in the system. What did the world look like from your avatar's perspective? What did your avatar see?

You see boxes on the surface of your screen. Trees. Houses. Even water. Just cubic boxes.

To your little avatar though, the world was different. It was more like reality, the world that you lived. Animals were real in the game so if you needed food, you'd have to kill. If the game was luckily set on peaceful, you didn't worry about killing the defenseless creatures.

And what about the bad guys? The mobs? You'd assume that they would appear as they would assumably in reality. But no, they themselves are also humans.

Zombies were as they are, zombified humans. They usually wear torn clothes and had green, messy hair. They didn't prove to be much of a threat, even when you were defenseless. All of them are male.

Spiders wore all black and red, matching the attire of their black hair and red eyes. From their backs, 8 legs grew out which helps them scale walls with ease. They didn't wear shoes, just long pink and white stockings that reached up to their black shorts. All of them are female.

Skeletons were albinos, pale skin and red eyes. Their hair was medium-long and white, usually bushy with an image of a skeleton's face on the side. Their clothes are white, a spine and rib cage being shown on the outside. They wore long-black shirts underneath their short white ones, images of the bones in the arms. Same with their socks. Their genders can vary.

Creepers were little children, luring you in with their cute exterior until their close enough and throwing out live TNT. Although it shows them explode from the player's point of view, in the avatar's point, they make a quick getaway and dissipate. Their hair was green and they wore green hoodies with creeper faces on the hood. Their eyes were dark blue and most of them were female.

Enderman were rather intimidating, large males who wore black. Their collar usually covered their mouths unless agitated. Their eyes were violet, glowing as in to draw you closer to them. Otherwise, they barely bothered.

You hadn't ever visited The Nether but once or twice to collect glow stone so you didn't have much informations on Blazes or Ghasts. Both were dangerous, that was for sure.

Standing on top of your house, you watched as the sun set over the horizon, sending you into darkness. In the wooden house you stood atop of rested two wolves who were to defend your home at any cause.

As creatures started popping out, you knew that you'd be sent to kill once more. It was like life or death. Mainly, you were sent after Skeletons since they would leave behind arrows.

You also made sure to plant trees around your home to make for quick navigation around the home while assuring safety from enemies and a way to avoid getting hurt if needed to run.

Jumping into the trees and pulling out your bow, you peered out for any signs of skeletons or any mob that might help you with useful materials they leave behind.

Without warning, you were knocked onto the ground with extreme strength. It took a second to recollect and turn around. Quickly snatching an arrow, you shot blindly at the first figure you saw. A female voice screeched in pain. Spider.

Putting the bow away, you took an iron sword from its sheath and charged, finishing the girl off with one quick slice. She screamed painfully, dissipating into nothingness and leaving behind thread.

Picking it up, you packed it in your knapsack for safekeeping. You could easily use that to replace the string on your bow. Taking back the first arrow you shot, you began to head back home in case of other problems.

As you were heading back, an arrow whizzed past your head, taking a few strands of hair along with it. Turning around, you saw a skeleton standing there, foul a mood as ever.

"You gunna make this kill easy for me princess?" He asked aloud, causing you to grab your own arrows and quickly shoot. Miss. He shot once more, sending an arrow to your side. You gasped as soon as it made contact.

If this didn't finish soon, you'd be in deep trouble. The noise would attract more mobs and cause more problems. With accuracy on your side, you quickly finished off the skeleton, collected his arrows and yours, then went back home.

The wolves in your home looked innocently towards you as you opened the door and closed it behind you. Not even bothering, you climbed back up and looked for more prey.

An Enderman appeared outside your home, a small Creeper along with it, speaking friendly towards it. You knew it wasn't every day that friendships were formed between mobs but they were often sweet. But an Enderman and Creeper seemed odd.

The Enderman looked upward towards you suddenly, sending your blood cold. There wasn't any water in close range. You had no buckets of water with you. Suddenly, it was gone in a flash and then back within seconds.

You squealed, falling backwards and dropping your bow and a few arrows. It was like watching your last hope vanish before you. The tall boy glared at you, coming closer as you fumbled for a sword.

It paused in front of you, its violet eyes glowing as if trying to entice you. Quickly, you tightly clenched your eyes to keep from looking towards the one who was about to take your life.

"Hurry up and take out that human so we can take her stuff!" The little Creeper girl cried out from below. Obviously these two had experience with attacking humans.

The impact never came though. Opening your eyes, you saw the Enderman sitting in front of you, looking at you innocently. His head went to the sky, the moon was hanging overhead.

Reaching for your sword, you felt compelled to attack it. But you just couldn't bring yourself to do it. Hearing the iron slide out of the sheath, the Enderman looked towards you with confusion, looking innocently towards you.

Dropping the sword at your side, you sat yourself to look at him better. "What is taking you so long Endy!?" The Creeper girl spoke once more, her innocent little voice suddenly sharpening its edge.

Maybe he was trying to get you close to finish you. It seemed likely enough to happen. But rather than hurting you, He stood up to his full hight and helped you stand up. "You didn't hurt me..."

"N-No..." You replied shakily, looking back towards your sword. "You didn't hurt me either...why?"

His head turned away from your form,"You dropped your weapons....I've seen you use them...I didn't feel threatened..."

Once more, he vanished in thin air once more and reappeared with your dropped bow and arrows. He placed them by his feet before disappearing once more to the ground below you.

The little Creeper girl was complaining about how he didn't finish you, obviously annoyed. Peering over the edge, you watched as they walked away, headed towards a nearby cavern. You believed this is most likely where they lived. Not many mobs had the mindset of staying in the dark crevices of mountains during the day.

Jumping through the trees, you followed both of them to a specific spot before watching both settle exactly where you suspected. Carefully maneuvering your way to the ground, you approached the two as they rested from their journey.

Hearing you approach, the Creeper stood up and glared. Turning back to the resting Enderman, she hissed,"I told you not to let her go! I'll just finish her myself!"

Stepping back into the now raising sun, you held your hands up pittifully,"N-No, wait..."

The Enderman now stood up, knowing that if his friend continued forward...

"Are you trying to brainwash Endy!?" She snapped, reaching inside her coat and producing a stick of TNT. "That's his job you know-"

The second she stepped into the sun, she squeaked in surprise. It hurt her to step in the sun. "No, please, just listen to me for a moment! Don't step into the sun!"

She ignored you, continuing her trek towards you. The Enderman had now stood up, almost as if he wanted to step in and save his friend. If you touched the agitated Creeper to push her back into the shade, she'd blow you both to kingdom come.

Reaching for the arrows, you looked at the Enderman and lipped the words 'I'm sorry.' He got the gist of it as you reached for your bow and quickly set the arrow, shooting the Creeper point-blank.

The unused TNT along with gunpowder dropped to the grass. You ignored it, even your discarded arrow and going towards the Enderman. He looked almost frightened. "I wasn't trying to...I mean...I only came here to thank you. I guess it doesn't really matter now, does it?"

As you took a step back towards the light, he grabbed your wrist and pulled you back into the darkness. Fear clenched you, knowing he could easily finish you easily in this position.

Dropping your bow, you just allowed yourself to be defeated. After a few moments, you realized maybe he was just hugging you. He didn't seem to budge after a long time.

Looking up towards him, you noticed he was looking out towards the distance. Spiders roamed freely and peacefully outside, not even bothering to attack until the dark cloaked them.

When you tried to move, you found yourself in a death grip. "I...I need to go home...and get some sleep..."

"Stay." He said simply, not refusing to let you go.

Shaking your head, you broke free and looked at him. He seemed lonely. "Listen...tonight...come to my house. The ceilings are high and it's dark in there during the day. I'll be able to hunt during the day and spend night outside defending each other."

"I'd defend you..." He said in a soft voice, knowing that the mobs wouldn't see him as a threat to one another. "I can stay with you...?"

  "Yes, I promise."

Leaning forward, he showed the concealed part of his face for an instant, his lips suddenly on yours. Obviously, you weren't being controlled by a person from the outside world. You'd have to warn him otherwise to act as a glitch when that happens so he wouldn't be injured.

Nodding, you moved into the sunlight. You were almost reluctant to leave him on his own without one last word. Turning around, you smiled sweetly,"I'll wait outside tonight, okay? Try and get some sleep."

And then when night fell, he came.
